Ceramic Art Show

  • MoonLab 42 405 West 145th Street New York, NY, 10031 United States (map)

We are proud to present the works of our friend Elnaz Rafati, an Iranian architect and ceramicist, who will open the 2024 art season in our hallway. She will show ceramic pieces and paintings from her Pebble Collection. From the artist: "Beginning with pencil outline drawings, I translate my works into clay—working backward from abstraction to fullness. My sculptures sit between shape and form, graphic and sculptural, platonic and bodily. Viewed in the round, they transmit a series of shapes in outline, while their undulating corporeality transcends mere profile."

The exhibition will take place from April 27th through May 4th, with an opening event on Saturday, April 27th from 4:00 to 7:00. Attendance is free and open to the public. Please join us!
